Changing Investigation section status back to Incomplete if any changes made – PMP-30146

The application has been enhanced to revert the investigation section status to incomplete when/if any changes are made.  There are 2 case scenarios which will cause the investigation status to change back to Incomplete:

Scenario 1Scenario 2
  • Injury Illness incident is added and the incident investigation is completed, so the section status will be shown as complete
  • Now for the same incident, Environmental incident type is added, so Investigation questions are added to the investigation section
  • If any new sections are added to the investigation section, the system will revert the status to incomplete
  • In the Near Miss reporting screen, the severity field controls the Investigation sections
  • Severity C - the investigation configuration is Investigation Questions, Root Cause Statement and CAPA
  • Severity A - Full investigation is required
  • When severity is changed from C to A, additional sections will be added, and investigation section status will revert to incomplete
