- Has a new metric in Metrics screen "Total Workers' Compensation Claims Submitted" that will show Actual number of Claims Submitted
- Existing metric "Total Workers' Compensation Claims" is renamed as "Total Workers' Compensation Claims Approved"
- The calculation will happen based on TPA Status<> Rejected
- Revised formula will take effect moving forward.
- "Total Workers' Compensation Claims (TWCC) Rate" formula is updated as "Total Workers' Compensation Claims Approved * 200000/Total Hours Worked"
- If there is any Cognos reports built by customers using existing TWCC measure, it needs to be updated updated
