- PMP-74983 Remove "Was treatment provided offsite" column in Manage Incident List screen default view

PMP-74983 As an end-user I want to see "Was Employee treated offsite?" in Manage Incident List screen default view
Configurable: No

Existing System:
- Displays "Was treatment provided offsite?" field from Case Management in the List screen
- Users confuse it with the "Was Employee treated offsite?" field from the Report New Incident screen
Purpose:
- Reduce support issues claiming data mismatch between Incident Summary and Manage Incident list screen
Enhanced System:
- "Was treatment provided offsite?" column has been replaced with "Was Employee treated offsite?" in Manage Incident List screen system views
- "Was treatment provided offsite?" will still be available as column selection in Edit Filter
- "Was treatment provided offsite?" will still be available in the "Case Management - Current Year" system view
- "Was treatment provided offsite?" is renamed as "Was treatment provided offsite? (Case Progression)"

PMP-58692 As an end-user I want to see the number of Total Claims Submitted to TPA irrespective of business rules

Existing System:
- Nowhere in the system users can see the number of submitted claims
- Existing metric TWCC displays only counts with below business rules
- The response to the question “Was treatment provided offsite” is selected Yes
- In TPA Cost & Notes screen the TPA Status <> Rejected
Purpose:
- Provide a metric that displays the total number of submitted claims without any filtering
- Consider only approved claims for the Claim Rate metric
Enhanced System:
- Has a new metric in Metrics screen "Total Workers' Compensation Claims Submitted" that will show the actual number of claims submitted
- Existing metric "Total Workers' Compensation Claims" is renamed as "Total Workers' Compensation Valid Claims"
- The calculation will consider only submitted claims where the TPA Status is not "Rejected"
- The revised formula will take effect starting in the year 2021
- "Total Workers' Compensation Claims (TWCC) Rate" formula is updated as "Total Workers' Compensation Valid Claims * 200000/Total Hours Worked"
- No impact to Cognos reports built by customers using existing TWCC measure

PMP-76466 As an end-user I want to see Employee and Person sections in GL email incident summary

- Title: Display Employee/Individual Details Section (existing configuration), GL - Enable Person Details Section (existing)

Existing System:
- The existing section "Person Details" and the new section "Employee/Individual Details" are not available in the Email Incident Summary screen as a selection
- As these are not available for selection, respective sections are included in the GL incident summary report
Purpose:
- Close the gap in the Email Incident Summary Report functionality
Enhanced System:
- The existing section "Person Details" and new section "Employee/Individual Details" will be displayed in the Email Incident Summary screen based on their respective custom settings in reporting screen
