- An alert is shown saying "You have exceeded maximum number of unsuccessful login attempts. A reset password link is sent to your registered mail Id."
- It will not inactivate user but his password will be removed/expired.
- A notification mail is triggered immediately with reset password link.
- Once user clicks on the link, he will be redirected to reset password screen where he will have an option to enter a new password.
- Once he clicks save, user will be able to login to system with his changed password.

In the enhanced state, we have displayed the mobile access codes on the home page of every user along with the help document. This will help users to have complete information about mobile app so that any user can try using mobile app without external assistance required.
