• Notify Others - text box,comma-separated 

• Notify immediately - checkbox, default unchecked, nonmandatory 

• Notify day before the appointment - Checkbox , default unchecked, nonnmandatory 

• On appointment save and edit/save notification will be triggered

Alert message to prevent double booking of Healthcare Provider's appointments 

• When a Health Care Provider (HCP) is selected, the system checks if other appointments are scheduled for the HCP user in that same time or theres any overlapping time slot of an existing appointment at any location.
• Applicable for all appointments that appears in Appointment List : 
• No warning message will appear for COVID-19 Case , Random drug  ,Schedule follow up -same day 
• If the HCP is already scheduled then an ALERT MESSAGE should appear. "An existing appointment is scheduled for this Health Care Provider. Please select a different time." with OK or Cancel 

• Cancel will create appointment with overlapped time . OK will make the user stay in same page to select a different date and time 

• Each time user enters overlapping time ,it will show a warning message .
