In the enhanced application, all the questions in the questionnaire would not be loaded when the user first clicks on the questionnaire. Questions would be loaded only as the user scrolls the questionnaire. This would reduce the time that the system takes to load the questions as every time the user scrolls only a small number of questions would be loaded based on user scroll. Also this would provide the user the ability to associate indefinite number of questions to any question section of the protocol without impacting the time required to load the questionnaire
