In the 21.3 upgrade we have introduced a new feature to show a relevant message for send certificate emails when an employee has no email id:

Earlier when an employee clicks on send certificate button on the sessions list it shows a message as "Could not connect SMTP Server" if the employee has no email id in the system
But with the new feature, now the system will show a message "Please update the email Id of the employee to send the certificate" when Send Certificate is clicked if the employee does not have an email id configured.
