Sending Certificate to Employee

• In Completion of the certificate, System Admin can set up fields
  
    

In the same Training Certificate, we have introduced a new field -  training expiry date. This field is configurable for Show Hide. By Default this will be turned on for TKE and OFF for all other customers. This will be driven with the existing custom setting of showfieldsintrainingcertificate. If the training expiry date is present in the custom setting,  then the same will be displayed in the report.

In v21.2 multilingual for Send certificate report has been introduced.

Based on language selection ,certificate contents would appear

In the 21.3 upgrade we have introduced a new feature to show a relevant message for send certificate emails when an employee has no email id:

• Earlier when an employee clicks on send certificate button on the sessions list it shows a message as "Could not connect SMTP Server" if the employee has no email id in the system
• But with the new feature, now the system will show a message "Please update the email Id of the employee to send the certificate" when Send Certificate is clicked if the employee does not have an email id configured.
