If you have forgotten your login name or password, click the Lost your login name or password? bluelink under Support. You will be prompted to enter your email address to receive an email with your login name and temporary password.

Password/Login Reset

To either reset your password or to view your login name, you can click the respective links in the login page.

  1. Once either linked is clicked, you will receive an email in your company email and be prompted to click either the desktop or mobile link. 
  2. After clicking the proper link, you will be prompted to enter your Email ID. This is the email associated with your User account. 
  3. Finally, you will be prompted to make your new password. The rules for passwords are posted below. As for the login name, you will be redirected to the login page with your Username filled out. 

New Password Rules

  1. New Password should not match with any of the previous 5 passwords.
  2. Password should have minimum 8 characters.
  3. It should contain at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one numeric value.
  4. Allowed Special Characters are : ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ +
