Instructions for logging into the ProcessMAP system.

Using a Login Screen

Users can access the ProcessMAP system using the login screen, a single sign-on link (SSO) this all depends on how the system has been configured.

The following image shows a typical ProcessMAP login screen.

Steps to Access System Using a Login Screen (Use if not on SSO)

To access the program using a login screen perform the following steps:

Enter your Login Name
Enter your Password
Click the Login button

If you have forgotten your login name or password, click either the Forgot Your Login Name? or Forgot Your Password?. This will send an email prompting to either retrieve your Login Name or reset your Password.

Password/Login Reset

To either reset your password or to view your login name, you can click the respective links in the login page.

Once either linked is clicked, you will receive an email in your company email and be prompted to click either the desktop or mobile link.
After clicking the proper link, you will be prompted to enter your Email ID. This is the email associated with your User account.
Finally, you will be prompted to make your new password. The rules for passwords are posted below. As for the login name, you will be redirected to the login page with your Username filled out.

New Password Rules

New Password should not match with any of the previous 5 passwords.
Password should have minimum 8 characters.
It should contain at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one numeric value.
Allowed Special Characters are : ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ +

Using Single Sign-On

Users with single sign-on access the ProcessMAP system from a link on their internal intranet site. Check with your system administrator for additional details.

Steps to Access System Using Single Sign-On

To access the program using single sign-on perform the following steps:

Navigate to the intranet site containing the link to the system
Click on the system link

User Details Email

When your system account is created, the administrator can send you an email notification with your login ID and a temporary password.

The following is an example notification email containing the requested login details. The system will require you to change your password as soon as you login using the temporary password listed in the system generated email.
