DAP-5798 - Show previously selected employee name (instead of blank) when he is moved from one location to another

Existing System: Currently, when an employee is moved to a different location, the existing record has the employee's name as blank. 

Purpose: To ensure that existing record always reflects originally entered employee data.

DAP-6430 - Support responsive UI for App Builder Home, List, and Details

Existing System: Currently, we have usability issues when app builder is accessed in browser from lower resolution screens. 

Purpose: To ensure that the application is accessible in all devices (Desktop, Tablet and Mobile).  

Enhanced System: User would be able to 

  • Access Home page, List Screen & Details from all devices. 
  • These values will be disabled and user can't select them as options. These are view-only. 
  • If there is no child to any inactive value, then it wouldn't show up in the list. Few features would be unavailable on mobile devices. Ex: 
    • Creating List Views
    • Filtering the List Records
    • Export to Excel
    • Export to PDF
    • Cloning/ Deleting a Record

Supporting Platforms: Web and iOSAll Platforms. (Coming up for Andriod). 

Impacts: No impact to existing forms.

DAP-5702 - For Data Import Notification, "Imported Date" field will be printed in local time zone6409 - Ability to click and view attachments for a view-only record

Existing System: Currently, when user gets a notification, the Imported Date is getting printed in UTCthe user has view-only access to a record, he is unable to view the attachment of that record. 

Purpose: To improve usability and avoid any confusionbe able to view attachments.  

Enhanced System: User  Users would see the Imported Date in local time zone instead of UTC.  attachments when

  • accessing a view-only record. 
  • accessing a record at a level. 
  • accessing a record of a read-only form (Chemical SDS, Document Management)

Supporting Platforms: Web.  NA for Mobile.   

Impacts: No impact to existing forms.
