The Internet Explorer 11 desktop application will go out of support for certain operating systems starting June 15, 2022.
ProcessMAP ends support from v22.1 (April’22) Release, primarily keeping security issues as a major concern from this old browser.

Microsoft has announced that the Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Edge Legacy (v44 and earlier) web browsers will no longer be supported for use. While The Internet Explorer 11 will be supported with security updates for the life of the Windows 10 operating system, we desktop application will go out of support starting June 15, 2022. We anticipate that this will result in our customers rapidly migrating to the new Chromium-based Microsoft Edge (v96 or later) or Google Chrome. Analysis of traffic shows that currently, more than 17% of user sessions are on IE11.

From the release planned at the end of the year 2021 i.e, 21.3 , ProcessMAP EHS System will be additionally supported with the new Chromium-based Microsoft Edge, from the current IE 11 and Google Chrome support. This is one of the key steps towards deprecating IE 11 in the coming release.
