The browser vendors are upgrading their own browsers. Please check with the browser vendor for the latest version available.
*NOTE, ProcessMAP ends Internet Explorer support from v22.1 (April’22) Release, primarily keeping security issues as a major concern from this old browser..
Make sure that the ProcessMAP url as well as the Insight Plus url (https://insightplus.processmap.com) is added to the trusted sites section of the browser. Also ensure that the clients IT system admin has white-listed the ProcessMAP and Insight Plus URLs as well.
