  • Question Category Hierarchy
  • Question ID
  • Question
  • Question Type
  • Response Created(Yes/No)
  • Status
• Question Categories hierarchy will not be available on the left-hand side, instead a question category column will be added to the list screen which will display the hierarchy which can be used to search for questions from a particular child category or from the parent category

• Title: Ability to pinpoint the location of a finding on the facility layout map

Existing System: 

• Does not have the functionality to identify the location of a finding on the facility layout map

Purpose: 

• To Provide an option for the end users to identify the location of a finding on the facility layout map while performing the audit. After identifying this information will be useful to identify the densities of findings.

• Has the option to enable the audit management module in the facility layout manager
• Once enabled the drop-a-pin control will be visible in the findings details screen of an audit which can be used to  identify the location of the findings on the facility layout map
• The risk point widget has an option to select the Audit Management module which can be used to view the locations of findings on the facility layout map
