• The comment pop up does not close when user closes the Successful data save message.
• User has to click on close button specifically to close the pop up and continue on Questionnaire screen

Purpose:

• To improve Questionnaire comment feature usability by reducing number of clicks to complete the process

Enhanced System:

• Shows a Confirmation message with option to stay on the Comment pop-up or to close the comment pop-up and continue to Questionnaire screen

PMP-86031 As an end user I would like to search for questions to add to a Protocol

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• Does not have an option to search for a question in the questions list screen add the desired questions to a protocol in manage audit protocols

Purpose:

• To improve the ease of use for adding questions to a protocol, especially for sections with too many questions

Enhanced System:

• Has features to search, sort, and download audit questions in manage audit protocols
• The questions list screen will have the following columns
  • Question Category Hierarchy
  • Question ID
  • Question
  • Question Type
  • Response Created(Yes/No)
  • Status
• Question Categories column is added to the list screen which will display the hierarchy
• This can be used to search for questions from a particular child category or from the parent category including all child categories

PMP-85710 As a System Admin I want to copy Location Questions and Protocols while using the Copy Location feature

Existing System: 

• The existing location copy feature does not have the functionality to copy location questions and/or protocols

Purpose: 

• To enhance copy feature by more and more module location setup option and make it easy for System Administrators to complete initial setup for the location

Enhanced System:

• Has the option to copy Protocols and Question as the component to copy for Audit Management
• If Protocols is selected, all protocols of the source location along with their respective questions (Site questions) (all tabs) will be copied over to the new location
• If Questions is selected, all site questions (all tabs) of the source location will be copied over to the new location

PMP-85995 As an end user I would like to see Section Header for each section in Audit Report

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• Report generated from the Audit Results > Reports tab does not have clear section headers

• Does not have Notes and Program status is available in the current reports

Purpose: 

• To include notes and program status in the audit report and enhance the readability of the report

Enhanced System:

• Has options to include Notes section and Program Status section while exporting the report
• Has section header style consistency
• White space is reduced by displaying the section header in continuation
• Has consistency in tables width
• Has narrow page margins for all pages

PMP-85813 As an end user I would like to pin point finding location on a facility layout

Configurable: Yes (From Facility Layout Manager)

Existing System: 

• Does not have the functionality to identify the location of a finding on the facility layout map

Purpose: 

• To Provide an option for the Auditors to identify the location of a finding on the facility layout map while performing the audit
• After identifying this information will be useful to identify the densities of findings

Enhanced System:

• Has the option to enable the Audit Management module in the Facility Layout Manager
• Once enabled the drop-a-pin control will be visible in the findings details screen of an audit to identify the location of the findings on the facility layout map
• The risk point widget has an option to select the Audit Management module which can be used to view the locations of findings on the facility layout map  
• Information display on mouse over to the Finding dots
  • Finding ID
  • Finding Title
  • Finding Type
