When a Claim is Submitted, End User should be able to send Notifications.
The application has been enhanced as system existing individual claim submission events are merged in to one single event
While setting up the event user can still have the flexibility to create immediate notifications sets by incident type
End User should be able to setup Notifications when there is a change in Claim Status.
- The application has been enhanced to have a new notification event change in claim status
- Following are the options available in Change in claim status notification
- In progress
- Reopen
- Rejected
- Closed
When a an Incident (Near Miss / Injury/Illness) is created with a Riddor Classification, the end user should be able to send notifications.
- User can create immediate notifications sets by Incident Type (Injury/Illness and Near Miss) and Riddor Classification.
End User should be able to navigate to system from Notifications screen.

End User would be able to see only severe Near Miss Incidents in Detail Report Completed Daily Notification.
