Existing System:
- When Activity is linked to a Protocol, it is not possible to update related help document of the Activity
- Activity needs to be removed from the all Protocols and then only help document can be updated
- Then Activity needs to be added back to Protocol and reload protocol needs to be done
...
- Allows to remove update attachments for existing Activity linked to one or more Protocols.
- As soon as an existing document is removed/updated or a new document is attached it reflects in all open instances of the Activity
