Purpose:

• Ideagen Home is a website that centralizes Ideagen product launches for its customers, for which their organization has licenses. It also provides relevant information about other Ideagen products and resources.

Enhanced System:

• Each time a user navigates to the Ideagen EHS (ProcessMAP) web platform, they will be redirected to Ideagen Home first
• When the user navigates to Home the first time, it will show the Home features tour
• To navigate to the customer site, need to click on the Launch Product button
• Launch product will navigate the user to the application login screen, upon successful login it will navigate the user to the application home
• Kiosk users will be directed to Home the first time they navigate to Ideagen EHS (ProcessMAP). Subsequent logins will bypass Ideagen Home unless a user clears the device’s cache
• Any link from emails to access the application will also redirect the user to Home, if have has already not logged in to the application.
• Option to navigate back to Ideagen Home from the application home screen. If the user has navigated to Home using the Ideagen Home menu, on Launch product it will not ask to log in again.

• With the first release on July 1, Ideagen Home will only support English. Users with their browser set to a language other than English will not be redirected to Ideagen Home and will have no change in platform navigation. Additional languages will be supported by Ideagen Home in the future
• This feature is not applicable to mobile

Existing System: 

• When Activity is linked to a Protocol, it is not possible to update related help document of the Activity
• Activity needs to be removed from the all Protocols and then only help document can be updated
• Then Activity needs to be added back to Protocol and reload protocol needs to be done

Purpose:

• Make it easy for Administrators to update help document for existing activities with the need of removing it form all Protocols and then add it back to protocols

Enhanced System:

• Allows to remove update attachments for existing Activity linked to one or more Protocols.
• As soon as an existing document is removed/updated or a new document is attached it reflects in all open instances of the Activity
