- Go to Employee Medical profile and select the respective employee.
- Click on Reports.
- Provide start date and end date & apply. The date range is for a maximum period of 1 year.
- All the associated records for the date range will be displayed.
- Select the required records available in the different tabs and then click on Generate Report.
- Note: Multi-lingual isn't supported for this report for now.
- All records that were created between the start date and end date will be displayed in the reports.

- Each time a patient visits the healthcare facility, the healthcare provider is required to review the patient's medical history. To make it easy, healthcare providers require a quick reference view that consolidates the latest allergies and appointment vitals, facilitating efficient review of medical history and diagnosis.
