Existing System: 

• Currently, there is no feasibility to print a consolidated medical record for an employee. Printing these records serves as a convenient reference for healthcare professionals, aiding in a thorough analysis of employees' medical histories and ensuring that pertinent health details are readily available for decision-making, reporting, and compliance purposes.

Purpose: To enable Healthcare providers to conveniently download all the relevant OH documents at one place.

Enhanced System:

• Allow a new option for Reports within the Employee Medical Profile where the Healthcare provider can view and download the relevant records of the employee.

Impacts: NA

User Interaction:

• Go to Employee Medical profile and select the respective employee.
• Click on Reports.
• Provide start date and end date & apply. The date range is for a maximum period of 1 year.
• All the associated records that were created between the date range will be displayed.
• Select the required records available in the different tabs and then click on Generate Report.
• Note: Multi-lingual isn't supported for this report for now.

• Each time a patient visits the healthcare facility, the healthcare provider is required to review the patient's medical history. However, accessing each SOAP note individually to find associated allergies and the latest appointment vitals can be time-consuming. To make it easy, healthcare providers require a quick reference view that consolidates the latest allergies and appointment vitals, facilitating efficient review of medical history and diagnosis.

Purpose: 

• To provide a quick reference view of the latest allergies and appointment vitals of the patient for further evaluation.

Enhanced System: 

• With the enhancement, the health care providers can view the relevant allergies and vitals of the patient.
