Existing System: 

• There is no option to identify if an Incident is a "Process Safety" incident

• There is no option to classify a Process Safety incident
• There is no option to drive investigation requirement based on Process Safety Classification

Purpose: 

• Provide To be able to classify and manage Process Safety incidents
• To be able to drive investigation requirements based on Process Safety classification

Enhanced System:

• Generates Has a new section called "Process Safety" for all Incident Types except General Liability Incident Type

• The section is added before existing "Witness" section
• There are 2 fields under the section
  • Is this a Process Safety Incident (Yes / No)
  • Process Safety Classification (drop down field)

Impacts: Integration, Reports, Cognos
