Configurable

PMP-99736 Classify and Manage Process Safety Incidents

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Display Process Safety Incident
  • Public/Private: Public
  • Default: No

Existing System

  • There is no option to identify if an Incident is a "Process Safety" incident

  • There is no option to classify a Process Safety incident
  • There is no option to drive investigation requirement based on Process Safety Classification

Purpose: 

  • To be able to classify and manage Process Safety incidents
  • To be able to drive investigation requirements based on Process Safety classification

Enhanced System:

  • Has a new section called "Process Safety" for all Incident Types except General Liability Incident Type

  • The section is added before existing "Witness" section
  • There are 2 fields under the section
    • Is this a Process Safety Incident (Yes / No)
    • Process Safety Classification (drop down field)

Impacts: Integration, Reports, Cognos

PMP-99674 As an end user I want option to move incident to another location

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • There is no option to move incident and it's related data to a different location in case of employee deputation.

  • In such case, gets rejected and has financial implications 

Purpose: 

  • Provide option to move incident in case employee was on deputation to a different location

  • This is required because the claim processing has to happen from employee's base location

Enhanced System:

  • Has option to move incident from one location to another

  • Users should have "Move Incident" permission to respective Incident Type to get the option
  • Incidents can be moved only if below mentioned criteria are met
    • Location should be a US location (due to claim business use case)

    • Location should not be a mine location

    • Incident Status is Draft, Detail Report Incomplete or Detail Report Completed

    • Investigation has not started - (Any section should not be saved)

    • Claim status should be "Not Submitted", irrespective of whether the Claim form is complete or incomplete

    • Case status should be open, irrespective of if there is a case progress available or not

    • If Investigation is optional then Management Review status also should be considered (for any role). Even if management review started for one role also, we should not show MOVE button.

  • The option will not be available for Multiple Injury Incident

PMP-100718 As an admin I want the ability to create immediate notifications based on the SIF/PSIF classification of an incident

  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • There is no notification configuration available in notification setup based out of Incident Severity field value.

Purpose: 

  • Provide option to trigger notification to configured users whenever Incident Severity is classified or updated.

Enhanced System:

  • Has an event available for Incident Severity in Notification Setup in both Module Setup and well as Location Setup

  • This is immediate notification only
  • Notification will be triggered for Incidents created/updated from Mobile Pro as well
