- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on the Chemical Management menu item.
- Click on the Manage Chemicals menu item.
- Select the Chemical Name by checking the check box and click on the Copy button.
- Click on the OK button.

- Select all the components except the SDS file and click on the Save button.

- Click on the original chemical record Chemical Name link.

- In Usage Information section, change the Chemical Status to Archive.
- Select the radio button at Archive at selected Location.
- Click on the Update button.
