Copy a Chemical and Archive the Original
Step-by-step instruction:
- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on the Chemical Management menu item.
- Click on the Manage Chemicals menu item.
- Select the Chemical Name by checking the check box and clicking on the Copy button.
- Click on the OK button.
- Select all the components except the SDS file and click on the Save button.
- The copied chemicals record has a 'Copy of' the icon next to it.
- Click on the original chemical record Chemical Name link.
- In Usage Information section, change the Chemical Status to Archive.
- Select the radio button at Archive at the selected location.
- Click on the Update button.
