- Click on the "Modules" Icon.
- Click on the "Incident Management" Menu Item.
- Click on the "Report New Incident" Menu Item.
Fill in the Incident Details under "Incident - Detail Report", screen. Selecting Incident type as "Vehicle".
Click on the Save Button.
