Content Comparison

We can delete a new Primary Reason Category from existing category by clicking on Delete button. access the Status screen by going into the BBS Module Setup screen and clinking on the Status button.

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on Setup.
2. Click on Module Setup.
3. Click on BBS Module. 
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Primary Reason hyperlink. The Primary Reason Category screen will appear.

5. Select the Primary Reason checkbox which needs to be deleted and click on the Delete button.

8. Click on ok to confirm.
