1. Click on the "the Modules" Icon icon.
2. Click on "Corporate Audits" Menu Itemon Audit Management menu item.
3. Click on "on Manage Audits" Menu  menu item.

4. Click on the Name of the Audit Program and click on "Program Status".

5. Click on the Perform Audit tab.
6. Click on the Program Status tab.
7. Select the Audit Status by Click the Radio button next to Audit Status and Click on "Delete" Delete button.
8. Click on Ok button.
