The Perform Audit section allows users to perform the audit and enter the information related to the audit. This information can be used to derive audit reports and metrics.

Users can perform an audit using the components of the Perform Audit section.

Step-by-step Instruction: 

Performing a Corporate Audit Protocol for a location: 

  1. Select the location in the Navigator for which the audit is to be performed.


  2. Click on the Modules icon. 
  3. Click on the Audit Management menu item. 
  4. Click on the Manage Audits menu item. 


  5. From the Audit List View screen, click on the Name of Audit Program link.


  6. Click on the Perform Audit tab to access the sub-parts. 
  7. Click on the Questionnaire tab to answer the questions.       Refer to Questionnaire Icon Business Rules

  8. Answer the questions by clicking on the Select drop down menu.   Refer to Preferred vs. Non-Preferred Responses
  9. Click on the Save button.

Preferred vs. Non-Preferred Responses

  • Answers can be classified as either a preferred or non-preferred response.
  • When a non-preferred answer is selected the system will prompt the user to create a finding.
    • The color of the finding icon will turn to red if a non-preferred response is being entered.

Questionnaire Icon Business Rules

  • If all questions are not answered either with a preferred or a non-preferred response then the red colored exclamation sign signifying Incomplete will be displayed.

  • If all the questions are answered either with a preferred or a non-preferred response then the incomplete sign will turn to Complete sign .
  • Once all the questions of the questionnaire is answered the Performed Audit tab color changes to green.
