Capturing Counter Measures and Responsible Department within the Create while creating an Action Item screen:

Counter Measure and Responsible Department field will only appear for Preventative Action Item, based on the module(s)the features have been enabled. Both of the fields are mandatory to save the record.
Configure Counter Measure Look-up value:
Administrators will have the ability to configure the Counter Measure List from the Task Management Look up values located under within the Module Setup tab.
Navigate to: Setup > Module Setup > Task Management > Lookup Values > Counter measure
Responsible Department field can be configured within the Setup tab the Counter Measure List from the Task Management Look up values located within the Setup tab.
Navigate to: Setup > Location Setup > Location Profile > Organizational Components
