Preventative Action Item Counter Measure

• The application has been enhanced to capture counter measures that correspond to the responsible department.
• Based on the mapping trending can be performed for open and closed preventative action items in module specific within insight.
• It is also integrated into the IMS module. 
• This feature is disabled by default in the product, which requires to be requested to be enabled.
  
  

Step-by-step guide:

Capturing Counter Measures and Responsible Department while creating an Action Item:

Counter Measure and Responsible Department field will only appear for Preventative Action Item, based on the module(s)the features have been enabled. Both of the fields are mandatory to save the record.

Configure Counter Measure Look-up value:

Administrators will have the ability to configure the Counter Measure List from the Task Management Look up values located within the Setup tab.

Navigate to: Setup > Module Setup > Task Management > Lookup Values > Counter measure

Responsible Department field can be configured within the Setup tab  the Counter Measure List from the Task Management Look up values located within the Setup tab.

Navigate to: Setup > Location Setup > Location Profile > Organizational Components
