  1. Select the Location in the Navigator for which the Audit is to be performed.


  2. Click on the Modules icon. 
  3. Click on the AuditManagement menu item. 
  4. Click on the ManageAudits menu item. 


  5. From the Audit List View screen, click on the Name of Audit Program link.


  6. Click on the Perform Audit tab to access the sub-parts. 
  7. Click on the Questionnaire tab to answer the questions.       Refer to Questionnaire Icon Business Rules


  8. Answer the questions by clicking on the Select drop down menu.   Refer to Preferred vs. Non-Preferred Responses

  • Answers can be classified as either a preferred or non-preferred response.
  • When a non-preferred answer is selected the system will prompt the user to create a finding.
    • The color of the finding icon will turn to red if a non-preferred response is being entered.
