The Incident Management module allows managers or EHS specialists to manage the lifecycle of incidents. Incident reporting involves a multi-step process where incident details are captured and then an investigation is performed. Once the reason(s) an incident occurred is identified corrective / preventative actions (CAPAs) are created to address problems so that similar incidents are not as likely to occur again in the future.
