Observation Report can be viewed in Excel format by going into View into View Observation Summary and Summary and clicking on the View the View Observation Report [Excel] .

1. Click on the Modules Icon icon.
2. Click on the BBS Menu Item menu item.
3. Click on the View Observation Summary Menu ItemSummary menu item
   
   

4. Click on the respective View Observation Report [Excel] for which you require the report in Excel. A new tab will open and the selected Excel will automatically get downloaded onto the system.
