View/Access Observation Report in Excel Format

Observation Report can be viewed in Excel format by going into View Observation Summary and clicking on the View Observation Report [Excel] .

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the BBS menu item.
  3. Click on the View Observation Summary menu item


4. Click on the respective View Observation Report [Excel] for which you require the report in Excel. A new tab will open and the selected Excel will automatically get downloaded onto the system.
