  1. Click on  the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Chemical Management menu item.
  3. Click on  the Manage Chemicals menu item.

     

  4. Select the Chemical name Name by checking the check box and Click click on the Copy button.
  5. Click on the OK button.



  6. Select all the Components components except the SDS file and Click click on the Save button.

     

  7. The Copied Chemicals copied chemicals record has a "C" icon  icon next to it.



  8. Click on the Original Chemical original chemical record Chemical Name link.



  9. In Usage information SectionInformation section, Change change the Chemical Status to Archive.
  10. Select the radio button at Archive at selected Location.
  11. Click on the Update button.
