• User unable to enter specific comments for Appointments

Enhanced System : 

Comments box (2000 character)  added in Appointment Details

• Notification :
•  Comment field will appear with blank field .User can edit and save comments for existing appointments 

• Impacts below to be taken up in future version

  • Appointment List : Comments Column to be visible
  • SOA : Comment should not be a mandatory column
  • Notification : Comments to be displayed in Appointment notification
  • Cognos : New field to be added for Appointment comments
