Purpose : 

• User unable to enter specific comments for Appointments

Enhanced System : 

Comments box (2000 character)  added in Appointment Details

• Existing Data : Comment field will appear with blank field .User can edit and save comments for existing appointments 

• Impacts below to be taken up in future version

  • Appointment List : Comments Column to be visible
  • SOA : Comment should not be a mandatory column
  • Notification : Comments to be displayed in Appointment notification
  • Cognos : New field to be added for Appointment comments

• All the below changes are configuration driven ,apart from DOB being displayed in Employee Medical Profile header will be  product level

Existing System : 

• Employee DOB is a non mandatory field in Employee Profile . While Submitting Employee Vaccine information to State Registry ,DOB is a Mandatory field for submission 

Purpose :

• User comes to know employee DOB is missing after Submission to State Registry  fails  .
• In current system ,if user saves a vaccine with a  mandatory field missing it erases all the user entered information of the page. User have to re-enter the information again which would be time consuming and their might be chances to lose the real time information entered by nurse

Enhanced System : 

Pre-requisite : Employee DOB is mandatory for BMW - Occ. Health.We have an existing  configuration key to make this field mandatory /non mandatory .It will be made mandatory for BMW

• Display Employee DOB in Employee Medical Profile  displayed at Product Level 
• For  new records  it will not allow to save the Administer immunization without Employee DOB 
• New note information in Red italics "Employee DOB is Mandatory for State Registry Submission"
• New Restriction Message "Required Field Employee DOB is Missing for State Registry Submission"
• DOB message and validation will be applicable when Custom setting turned yes + Location is South Carolina + Immunization registry reviewed value is Yes
• Immunization registry reviewed value if selected No then DOB Note information and restriction message will not be displayed as not applicable.

• Existing Data :  For existing records where DOB is missing Customer need to enter DOB manually and in addition in Administer immunization  Note information and restriction message will be displayed during Vaccine Submission

• In Left  it will show the total count of attachment 
• Under one Date Category it should  show the chronological order of documents with category
• Attachment Categories : Employee  Profile ,Encounter Type ,Encounters , Clinic notes,Restriction ,Leave ,SOAP Notes ,action Item
• User can download doc ,upload new doc ,search relevant document and delete the document as well

• Report By Name field will be made Mandatory / Non - Mandatory configurable
• The configuration key will be applicable for both Peer to Peer and Group Observation
• This is applicable for web only for now ,

• Impact - Mobile (will be taken up during version upgrade )

 PMP-64047 : Move Employee Session Outcome Detail along with Move Employee Functionality

Existing System : 

• If Employee moves from one location to another ,all his courses didnt moved to the other location.

Purpose : 

• Manually or through script all the courses were moved , which was hetic and time consuming .

Enhanced System : 

• If Employee moves from one location to another ,all his courses would also move get transfered to the moved location .
• Sessions  which are inprogress / complete will be moved .Those which are not started will not be moved 
• All the courses will appear in Scheduled training list
• Only the user having scope to enterprise setup should be able to move the employee. 
• Applicable only for  VTA  .Move Employee functionality will not be applicable for Re-occuring session(Considering the usage of the user)
• Existing Data - Not applicable to sessions ,where employee has been moved but his session has not been moved .These records  will be handled through Technical assistance only
• Impact - No change to cognos ,report or notification

• Hide display of Audit Programs, Findings and Action Items if user doesn't have Read Permissions (applicable to Module Permissions & Program Level Permissions) .
