  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Audit Management menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Findings menu item.



  4. Click on the Name of the Audit Program.



  5. Click on the Audit Results tab.
  6. Click on the Report tab.


Only attachments from Findings will be included in the Audit Report as thumbnails
