- Go to Employee Medical profile and select the respective employee.
- Click on Reports.
- Provide start date and end date & apply. The date range is for a maximum period of 1 year.
- All the associated records for that were created between the date range will be displayed.
- Select the required records available in the different tabs and then click on Generate Report.

To make it easy, healthcare providers require a quick reference view that consolidates the latest allergies and appointment vitals, facilitating efficient review of medical history and diagnosis.

- To provide a quick reference view of the latest allergies and appointment vitals of the patient for further evaluation.

- With the enhancement, the health care providers can view the relevant allergies and vitals of the patient.
