The application has been enhanced to provide an option to make the check box for “Notify Owners Immediately” to be checked/unchecked based on the configuration.
- Configuration will be defaulted to Yes (checked)
- Configuration will be applicable to Action Item for all modules and Tasks (Task Library and Site tasks)
If the check box is unchecked, it will not send an email to anyone.

Purpose :
- There will be a list of clinic notes added for Employee in employee medical profile. All the consolidated clinic notes can be categorized using Clinic Notes category
Enhanced System:
- Clinic Notes category field is added in Clinic Notes details page
- This is an optional, dropdown field
- The drop-down values are being fetched from a lookup value introduced in Module Setup

- In Accordion count of SOAP notes is listed for that employee
