Existing System:
- Clinic notes do not have any categorization in the existing system
Purpose :
- There will be a list of clinic notes added for Employee in employee medical profile. All the consolidated clinic notes can be categorized using Clinic Notes category
Enhanced System:
- Clinic Notes category field is added in Clinic Notes details page
- This is an optional, dropdown field
- The drop-down values are being fetched from a lookup value introduced in Module Setup

PMP-46575 As an end user should be able to create a new encounter type "Urine Analyte Level"

- In Existing system there is no encounter to calculate Analyte level in Urine.
Purpose :
- New Encounter type in our system
Enhanced System:
- Introduced new encounter type Urine Analyte Level
- This is the Encounter similar to BAL
- This Encounter type has 2 screens in the system
- Details screen and Results screen
- Details Screen
- To Capture Details of the Employee
- Captures Number of Samples collected and their details
- Captures details on whether the Sample is sent to Lab or not
- Results screen
- Results of Samples collected in this screen
- Multiple sample results can be accommodated
- All the UAL Encounters are listed in UAL Encounter List screen

- The existing system does not have the flexibility to add SOAP Notes for an employee
Purpose :
- In many scenarios, there will be kind of Notes to be updated for individual employee
- SOAP Stands for
- S- Subjective
- O- Objective
- A- Assessment
- P- Plan
- This is a standard Medical Documentation format
Enhanced System:
- This is a product level change
- SOAP Notes can be added for an employee from Employee medical profile
- In Accordion count of SOAP notes is listed for that employee
- The whole functionality is controlled using SOAP Notes permissions in Permissions page

- Added Clinic notes will be listed in the Clinic notes list screen
Attachments:
- User will be able to add Attachments from Employee medical profile
- Attachments allow any file format but the size of Attachment should be less than 100 mb

Action Items from Employee Medical profile
- Add Action items from Employee medical profile
- Added action items will be displayed in Action items list screen
- Encounter type and Health Care provider will be displayed as "NA" in CAPA list screen
- while adding Action items from Employee medical profile, Action item ID should be Employee ID
Add Leaves from Employee medical profile
- The user will be able to add Leaves from Employee medical profile
- The employee details will be automatically updated in respective fields

Purpose :
- We have Tickets from different customers on Performance
Enhanced System:
- For Encounter types, BLL, ULL, and Audiometry default view is changed to past 60 days
- The view loads records of past 60 days

- In Alcohol test encounter type system do not allow to capture multiple samples
Purpose :

- Extended the functionality to Capture multiple samples for Alcohol Test
- This is a Configurable feature
- Changes were made to Alcohol List screen to accommodate Multiple samples for a single encounter

PMP-52924 As an end user should be able to capture Approved Respirator for an employee in the Employee profile

- As of now, Employee-specific Approved Respirator is not available in our system
