Existing System: system did not allowed to configure and set regulatory wise noise settings for a noise sample .Unable to configure default setting  ,hence shows select option in page load

Purpose :

• To make the system more user friendly we can have pre populated noise settings in Module set up  which would be configurable based on different country setting combination.
• Rather than having to enter the criterion, threshold, and doubling every time for noise ,it would be convenient for user to configure and  include option to select ACGIH, OSHA PEL, OSHA AL, Custom, etc

  1)SEG NAME - Drop Down ,Non Mandatory .Will display existing SEG ID in the system for that location. 

  3) sampled by -drop down , Values : Internal /external ,Non Mandatory

  4) Sample by (name) : Free text :200 characters ,Non Mandatory.

  5) Personnel type - Drop down,Mandatory  .Values : Employee ,Supervised Contract employee ,Unsupervised contract employee

Default :units for chemicals in employee notification letter is MG/M3 and values rounded upto 5th decimal place

Existing System: units for chemicals in employee notification letter is MG/M3 and values rounded upto 5th decimal place

Purpose :Customer specific unit usage 

Enhanced  System:

•Updated the OEL unit for the chemical from MG/M3 to UG/M3 by dividing  MG/M3 results by 1000,
•The decimal units for the results, exposure, PPM results and PPM exposure limit rounded to two decimal places NA

Existing System: Covanta has its own format for Employee Notification Report .Last version we implemented the specific format for chemical hazard type 

Purpose : Implement customer specific noise employee notification letter which doesn't exist in current system 

Enhanced  System:

• Based on location selection specific notification letter to appear
• Covanta noise employee notification letter would appear in following languages : US ,Spanish,Canada - Ontario,Canada - British Columbia
• It would only show Noise setting 1
• The notification letters that appear in the application should be dependent on the below:
  • US - All locations in US .
  • Spanish - Be displayed when user's language = Spanish
  • Canada - Validate against location profile where location province = Ontario (State)
  • Canada - Validate against location profile where location province =British Columbia (State)
• While Creating sample system would check the selected Location .i.e for Ontario ,it will check if location country is Canada and state is Ontario
• If Sampled By Name doesn't have any value then the field will appear blank
• Multiple Job Classification ,Department and Task  would appear comma separated .Two different field values will be separated by hyphen
• EX : Job Classification 1 , Job Classification 2 ,Job Classification 3 - Task 1 ,Task 2 ,Task 3 - Department 1 ,Dept 2,Dept 3
• Both result values will be displayed  as entered for  dosimeter or L average 
• Since format for other locations are not provided by default for remaining location it will show the notification as USA
• Existing Data :Will appear for customer specific employee notification letter
