The Event Management module allows users to create records for six different event types. The following is a list of the event types available within the Events module:
- Red Alert
- Red Alert – Late Submission
- Complaint
- Inquiry
- Agency Visit
- General EHS
The following are examples of the different event types:
- Red Alert – An accidental discharge of waste water exceeding allowable permit amounts.
- Red Alert – Late Submission – Failure to notify OSHA (US only) within 72 hours of an injury incident resulting in an amputation.
- Complaint – Notification from a neighbor they are detecting a bad odor coming from your facility.
- Inquiry – Request from a local advocacy group about your local recycling activities.
- Agency Visit – A visit from the Occupational Health and Environment to review Waste storage.
- General EHS – Other EHS events which do not belong to one of the other event types.
When creating an Event record the user needs to first identify the type of event they are reporting.

management module is primarily used to record various types of day-to-day and recurring events that form a part of every organisation. Examples of some of the events are Agency visits, notice of violation records, updating communication Logs etc. Users will be able to assign and track the actions items that have been created for a specific event periodically. Alerts and reminders can also be setup to single/multiple owners of the events for increaded effectiveness of action item tracking.

Click on the Modules Icon.
Click on Event Management Menu item.
Click on the Report New Event Menu item.
