- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on the Chemical Management menu item.
- Click on the Manage Chemicals menu item.
- Select the Chemical name Name by checking the check box and Click clicking on the Copy button.
- Click on the OK button.
- Select all the Components components except the SDS file and Click click on the Save button.
- The Copied Chemicals copied chemicals record has a "C" 'Copy of' the icon next to it.
- Click on the Original Chemical original chemical record Chemical Name link.
- In Usage information SectionInformation section, Change change the Chemical Status to Archive.
- Select the radio button at Archive at the selected Locationlocation.
- Click on the Update button.
