Instructions:
- Click on the Setup Icon
- Click on the “Enterprise Setup” Enterprise Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the "Location Setup" Menu Item.
- Select which level you would want to make the location in.
- Click on the Add button."New" button to start making the location.
Fill in the fields under
"Location Information", screen and Click on the “Save” button.Location Information screen and Click on the Save button.
** Do not forget to assign yourself scope and module permissions for the new location.
Necessary Fields:
- Location Code (Can be numbers or characters)
- Location Name (Can be the same as the code)
- Country
- Activity Status (Active or Inactive)
- If the Country is United states:
- Provide the State
- Workers' Comp. Form
Creating a new location by referring the information of an existing location
Ability to copy a location along with lookup and setup values
- Select the location to be copied, the user can't select multiple locations for copying
- Select the lookup or setup needs to copy along with the location
- Organization Component
- Value Stream
- Work Shift
- Building
- Job Classification
- Work Area
- Task

Mapping the Location to the Enterprise Structure
- Click on the Setup Icon
- Click on the Enterprise Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Location Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Name of the Location code Hyperlink.
- Click on the Enterprise Map tab
- Select the radio button by each of the nodes that the location should be mapped to.
- Select the Save button.
