Existing System: 

• Does not have option to create a question category or a protocol category on the fly while creating a question or protocol when required category does not exist or categories are not pre configured in module setup

Purpose: 

• This option is very much needed to enhance adoption for SMB customers and to speed up the implementation

Enhanced System:

• Has configuration to enabled enable Question Category or Protocol Category creation while creating a question or protocol from the application
• User with "Add Questions/Protocols" permission for either Corporate Audit or Site Audit would be able to add new category

• Category will be created only when user clicks on Save button in the screen

  • This is done to avoid junk records if user does not save the question/protocol

• This will reduce dependency of Location Administrators on Corporate Administrator to configure a new question category or protocol category
• All validations that are currently implemented in Module Setup will be applicable in this case as well If a category exists as Inactive with same name then system will automatically activate the category
