Configurable
PMP-89484 As an end user I want to filter Audits list based on percent completion column
Configurable: No
- Title: NA
- Public/Private: NA
- Default: NA
Existing System:
- Does not have inline search on Audit Progress column, so users are not able to filter Protocol Audits based on completion percentage.
Purpose:
- Provide inline search option on the Audit Progress column so that Auditors can filter Audit list based on completion percentage
Enhanced System:
- Has inline search option on "Audit Progress" Column.
- Users can filter audit list by providing a numeric input in the search text box
- Users can also make use of numeric operators like "Equal To", "Greater Than" etc... for precise filter results
- This inline search will not include Non Protocol Audits
Impacts: Mobile
PMP-89504 As a Admin I do not want users to remove locations from Corporate Audit if they do not have scope
Configurable: No
- Title: NA
- Public/Private: NA
- Default: NA
Existing System:
- As of now users having access to Audit Program detail can make changes to selected locations of Corporate Audit even though they do not have scope to all selected locations. This causes loss of Audit data if user removes a location thinking the location is not relevant to them.
Purpose:
- Avoid accidental Audit deletion and data loss
Enhanced System:
- There a note added below the Select Location control to alert user about data loss if a location is removed
- Has a validation in Location Pick list, so now location without scope are displayed as Read Only and users cannot remove it from the selected list
Impacts: No Impact
PMP-89395 As an end user I do not want to identify Audit Category and Audit Area for questions and findings
Configurable: Yes
- Title: Show Audit Category and Audit Area and Show Audit Category and Audit Area as Mandatory
- Public/Private: Private
- Default: Visible and Mandatory
Existing System:
- Does not provide flexibility to make Audit Category and Audit Area field optional or to completely Hide it
- Customers who do not use these fields are duplicating Question Category as Audit Category and Area to complete question configuration
Purpose:
- Provide the flexibility to hide these fields or make optional
Enhanced System:
- Has configurations to hide or make both the fields optional
- These configurations will be useful for customers who do not make use of these fields
- Customers can configure questions without having to configure Audit Category and Area
- These configurations when enabled will reflect in all screens where Audit Category and Audit Area fields are used including Dashboards, Reports etc..
- Due to dependency with Widgets and list screens where custom setting cannot be applied directly these configurations are kept Private
Impacts: Mobile, Reports, Report Central, Cognos
PMP-89537 As an end user I want to create Question Category and Protocol Category on the fly
Configurable: Yes
- Title: Create Question/Protocol category on the fly
- Public/Private: Public
- Default: Disabled
Existing System:
- Does not have option to create a question category or a protocol category on the fly while creating a question or protocol when required category does not exist or categories are not pre configured in module setup
Purpose:
- This option is very much needed to enhance adoption for SMB customers and to speed up the implementation
Enhanced System:
- Has configuration to enable Question Category or Protocol Category creation while creating a question or protocol from the application
- User with "Add Questions/Protocols" permission for either Corporate Audit or Site Audit would be able to add new category
- This will reduce dependency of Location Administrators on Corporate Administrator to configure a new question category or protocol category
- If a category exists as Inactive with same name then system will automatically activate the category
Impacts: No Impact
