  1. Click on 'Modules' from the left pane.
  2. Click on the 'Calendar' Module Calendar module.
  3. Click on the 'Manage  Manage Action Items' menu item.

  4. Click the 'Action Item Name' link from the Action Item List screen.

  5. Complete the 'Complete' sectionComplete section.
    1. Enter the 'Action Taken'.
    2. Change the 'Action Item Status' to 'Closed'.
  6. Click the 'Save' button

  • We have introduced a new module Operational Performance Management (OPM) Module and for closing OPM action items.
  • Before closing the OPM action Items, we have to select the Response and close the Action Item. To configure the response please refer - Activity response.
  • If the Action item is closed then the Response field will be freeze. If we have to update the Response, please reopen the action item and update the Response.
