By default, a task’s an action item's status is set to Open. As tasks action items are completed, users can change the action item status to Closed.

Instruction:
- Click on 'Modules' from the left pane.
- Click on the 'Calendar' Module Calendar module.
- Click on the 'Manage Manage Action Items' menu item.

- Enter the 'Action Taken'.
- Change the 'Action Item Status' to 'Closed'.

- We have introduced a new module Operational Performance Management (OPM) Module and for closing OPM action items.
- Before closing the OPM action Items, we have to select the Response and close the Action Item. To configure the response please refer - Activity response.
- If the Action item is closed then the Response field will be freeze. If we have to update the Response, please reopen the action item and update the Response.
