Step-by-step Instructions:


  1. Click on the Setup icon
  2. Click on the Module Setup menu item.
  3. Click on Operational Profile Management menu item.



  4. Under the Lookup values section, Click on Activity Response.

     

  5. Click on the New button.



  6. Enter Activity Response Name.
  7. Enter Comments
  8. Select the Status
  9. Click on Save button.
