Adding a Case Progression log: 

  1. Click on the Modules icon icon.
  2. Click on the Incident Management menu Itemitem.
  3. Click on the Case Management menu Menu Item.

5. In order to Add the Case Progression Log in Case Management, click on the Add Button.

6. Fill in the Details in New, screen. By selecting one of the classification of case.

7. Click on the Save Button.

  2. Click on the Case Progression Tracking tab.
  3. In Case Progression Tracking section, Click on the New button.

  4. Complete all the fields and Click on the save button.

    • It will allow to select Incident date as Case Start Date, it will ignore while counting case days for US locations
    • This is done because in other countries Incident date is required to be counted in Case Days
